HOW TO IDENTIFY A SOUL CAPTURED BY SATAN

Text: Heb 10:39

But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.

The soul will be occupied with the lust of the flesh.
That is the fear of God will no longer be present in him.
You become an agent of the devil confusing the ways of the innocent, and all sorts of gentile behaviors.
The aftermath of those whose soul is captured by the devil is that they can still be in the church, but they shall be the ungodly ones among the saints.
1. 1Pet 2:11 Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul.
The soul will be engaged in several cyber sexual immoralities.
Some of the cyber immoralities are listed below:
1. The watching of pornography.
1. The practice of vulgar telephone conversation with a sinful partner.
1. The practice of telephone sex.
Satan introduces all these acts to paralyze a vibrant soul.
1. 1 Cor 6:16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? 17 If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.
The soul will be disinterested in the things of God.
The following are the characteristics of whom is disinterested in the things of God:
1. Excuses for exonerating oneself from the service of God.
1. Passion and commitment will be dead.
1. Inspiration will be down in the mind.
1. If care is not taken, the person will no longer love God, and gradually go back to the world.
Rev 3:15-16 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.
The soul will suffer the departure of the Holy Spirit.
When the Holy Spirit departs from a person, he shall begin to love those things God hates.
He will not see any reason for serving God anymore.
Then Satan will capture him and waste his soul.
1. 1 Sam 16:14 But the Spirit of the LORD departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from the LORD troubled him.
1. Psalm 51:11-12 Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me. 12 Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.
The soul shall become a reprobate.
Becoming a reprobate is doing wrong and seeing it as right.
Drinking, fornicating, and so on
Not minding the salvation of his soul
1. Rom 1:28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient. KJV
1. And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting; (NKJV)
The soul will be High-Minded for Riches.

When you become highly minded for riches, you are bound to miss the plans of God for your life.

Those who are highly minded for riches don’t sincerely trust in God.
- When you are highly minded for riches, you will commit fraud, and you will indulge in unfaithfulness and corruption.
- When you are highly minded for riches, it can push you to seek diabolical powers or join cultism.
- If you are highly minded for wealth, the outcome may be bloody as you will be ready to waste the life of anyone who may stand in your way.
- 1Tim 6:17 Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not high-minded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy.
Do not forget, bloody riches have sources from Satan and it cannot but claim your soul.
